Hi i have a client who needs a fort closure Bail out

mid fico 634

state income she file 12k on taxes

on the deed is Dolores [daughther] & Richard [son ] all of then have the same last name they are only on deed but not on the mortgage

she needs 340 k to buy out brother [brother ] and to pay note

house 2fam good condition in Astoria queens comps up to 780k
