- I have been practicing real estate law exclusively for 14 years and represent investors, wholesalers, rehabbers, developers and numerous mortgage lenders in the acquisition, financing and disposition of residential and commercial real estate. I also engage in loss mitigation on behalf of our clients including short sales and loan modifications.
I also teach seminars on cutting edge real estate topics, on behalf of PropertyShark.Com, as a Property Shark University Professor.
