I have 20 years experience in the computer/internet field with various firms. I recently left a system analyst/administrator position. Since then, I have actively been involved in foreclosures and short sales and am have expended to loan modification and credit repair services. I've read books, reports, people's minds, listen to countless CDs, taken numerous online courses in Foreclosure and pre-foreclosure, Forbearance, Short-Sales, Wholesaling, Rehabbing property, Negotiation tactics to name a few.
