Comment by Christopher Ifill on September 8, 2009 at 9:29am - Title insurance is like auto or health insurance,it's better to have it than not.The people who do the actual title search make mistakes like every one else,and if a mistake is made,I'll be happy knowing that my title insurance will allow the title company to step in and correct or defend my title at no cost to me or my heirs.
