Vote No on HR 1728! Congress is seeking to eliminate the YSP and thereby eliminating the mortgage broker industry - watch the video I posted on this site for more info and what you can do!

I see this board has not been used, however I would like to post my information for anyone to see.

I have been in the mortgage industry for over 4 years and have never looked back. Currently, I am at Vanguard Funding in Garden City, NY. We are Licensed Full Eagle Direct FHA lenders in the following states:
NY NJ CT CA NC PA GA MA MD FL HI MI IN KY

I am able to take broker business as a wholesale rep and able to retail loans as well.

Mainly I have been dealing with the flipping of houses, being that I do this myself, it is a subject that I know a great deal about.

I also have interested qualified buyers (investors) looking for properties as well as properties I have that I have not been able to drop from my portfolio.

Hey everyone - just as a note: On the main page of this site I have posted links to certain S&P dcouments.

I have included our Approved Lender list in the Document Section. It itemizes all of the mortgage bankers we are approved to close for as settlement agent.

It is always greatly appreciated if you can assign S&P to close your mortgage loan.
